Who We Are

Zhangjiagang Longsn
Machine Co., Ltd.

LONGSN is a professional manufacturer that integrates development, research, design, manufacturing, technical service and marketing of complete sets of bottle packaging machines — bottle bagging machines, bottle neck cutting machines, leak testers, cap inserting and assembly machines, and bottle handle applicators. One factory covers the whole stretch of line between the blow moulder and the filling plant.

Behind every machine stand more than 12 design and R&D specialists and more than 68 production, installation and commissioning engineers. Machining is done on our own high-precision CNC center, and control cabinets are fitted with electrical components from Europe, America and Japan. We hold the policy of being market-oriented, quality-oriented, service-guaranteed and reputation-based — and build under the ISO 9001:2000 quality management system with CE compliance as standard.

The factory stands at No.268 Xitang Road in the Economic-Technological Development Zone of Zhangjiagang City — 2,142 square meters of machining, assembly and test-run floor that customers in 45+ countries have audited in person or over video before placing a first order.

A packaging machine is judged twice: the day it is test-run with your bottles, and every production day after that. We build for both.

How Our Machines Are Made

How a Bottle Packaging Machine Is Born

The first thing a serious buyer audits is whether we machine our own parts or assemble bought-in ones. Here is the answer, drawn the way our engineers see it: the general assembly of a bottle neck cutting machine, with the four build stations every LONGSN machine passes between raw steel and your container port.

  1. Core Parts Machined In-House on the CNC Center

    High-precision CNC machining center

The frame, the cutter seats and the change parts that decide a machine's precision never leave our floor. They are machined on LONGSN's own high-precision CNC machining center — so tolerances are set by our machine tools, not by whichever supplier quoted lowest that month.

  2. Electrical Cabinets Fitted with European, American and Japanese Components

PLC, sensor and pneumatic brands proven on packaging lines

Control decides how a machine behaves in year five, not just at acceptance. Every cabinet is wired with electrical components from Europe, America and Japan — the brands your own maintenance team already stocks and trusts.

  3. Assembled and Test-Run as a Whole Machine

12+ design and R&D specialists, 68+ commissioning engineers

More than 68 engineers assemble, wire and commission every unit, and no machine is crated before it has run as a complete machine. If you send sample bottles, the test run happens on them — our contact page explains how to arrange it.

  4. Inspected, Crated for Export and Dispatched

    CE compliance with seaworthy crating

The finished machine is inspected against its order sheet, then crated for sea freight. From our gate in Zhangjiagang it joins the LONGSN machines already running in 45+ partner countries.

One Route, Eight Machines

The drawing shows a neck cutter, but the build route is the same for every station we make — browse the complete range of bottle packaging machines, from leak testers and baggers to cap assembly lines.

Detail A, Why Precision Matters

The Cut Face Is the Sealing Face

Zoom into the circle marked A on the drawing above and you reach the reason buyers audit our machining rather than our paint. A wide-mouth bottle leaves the blow moulder wearing a process dome; the trimmer cuts it away — and the face left behind is the face the cap liner will press on for the life of the product.

  1. Machined Flat at the Cutter Seat

A blade can only cut as flat as the seat that holds it. Cutter seats and frames are machined on our own high-precision CNC center — this is where the tolerance on that face is really set.

  2. Cut Flat at the Bottle Neck

On the line, the machine trims the dome and leaves a flat, burr-free cut face at production speed — bottle after bottle, shift after shift, on PET and HDPE alike.

  3. Sealed Tight on the Filling Line

When the filled bottle is capped, the liner presses on that very face. A flat face seats the liner evenly — and our empty bottle leak testers catch the rare exception before it ever ships.

This is why the bottle neck cutting machine is the core station of our range — and why we build it around parts we machine ourselves.

Service & Warranty

After the Machine Leaves the Factory

A packaging machine is a ten-year purchase made across an ocean. This is the part of the contract that starts the day your machine arrives — drawn to the same 24-month scale it is written on.

Two years of warranty and free spare parts within those two years — put in writing on every contract.

  1. On Arrival

    On-Site Installation and Operator Training

We can send professional engineers to your plant to install the machine, wire it into your line and train your workers until they can operate it independently — the machine earns its keep from week one, not month six.

  2. Month 0–24

    Two-Year Machine Warranty

Every LONGSN machine carries a 2-year warranty — double the term most buyers are offered on packaging machinery, because the machines are built to outlast it.

  3. Month 0–24

Free Spare Parts for Two Years

Within the warranty period spare parts are free of charge and can be sent out directly, so a worn cutter or sensor never idles your line while a purchase order crawls through approval.

Export Footprint

Built in Zhangjiagang, Running in 45+ Countries

Zhangjiagang is not a random pin on the map. The city sits on the south bank of the Yangtze River's golden waterway, adjacent to Shanghai, Nanjing, Suzhou and Wuxi — inside the delta machinery belt where steel, castings and component suppliers are a short truck ride away. For a machine builder, that neighbourhood shortens every lead time before the build even starts.

It shortens the way out, too. A crated neck cutter or bagging machine rolls from our workshop to the river port within hours, transfers to sea freight, and joins the LONGSN machines already at work in more than 45 partner countries — every one of them built under the ISO 9001:2000 system with CE compliance as standard.

Contact Us

Is LONGSN a manufacturer or a trading company?

LONGSN is a manufacturer. The factory stands at No.268 Xitang Road in the Economic-Technological Development Zone of Zhangjiagang City, covering 2,142 square meters, with more than 12 design and R&D specialists and more than 68 production, installation and commissioning engineers. Factory visits and video audits are welcome at any time.

Does LONGSN machine its own parts or assemble outsourced ones?

LONGSN machines its own core parts. Frames, cutter seats and change parts are machined in-house on a high-precision CNC machining center, and control cabinets are fitted with electrical components from Europe, America and Japan. Every machine is then assembled and test-run as a whole by our own engineers before it is crated — precision is set on our machine tools, not bought from a parts catalog.

Can LONGSN supply a complete bottle packaging line, not just one machine?

Yes. LONGSN builds every station that runs after blow moulding: bottle neck cutting machines, empty bottle leak testers and bagging machines on the bottle side, plus cap liner inserting, cap assembly and handle applicator machines on the cap side — and blow moulding machines themselves. For a complete line we also design the layout and match the machines to each other in our packaging line solutions.

What warranty and spare parts support do LONGSN machines come with?

Every machine carries a 2-year warranty, and spare parts are free of charge within those two years. If on-site help is needed, LONGSN can send professional engineers to your plant to install the machine and train your workers until they can operate it independently.

Which countries does LONGSN export to?

LONGSN machines run in more than 45 partner countries. Machines are built under the ISO 9001:2000 quality management system with CE compliance, and the factory sits in Zhangjiagang, a Yangtze River port city adjacent to Shanghai, which keeps sea and land transportation convenient for worldwide delivery.
